I think I'll defy gravity;

With no strings to pull me down,

No looking beneath or behind,

And all regrets I shall drown.

This time I'm defying gravity;

With no more weight to carry,

The rush of wind, the speck of light,

A new awakening, a new smile,

I got my new life.

Like the rays of the sun,

Floating in the air;

Like an orphaned child,

Find a new family to care.

Like the universe had been planning;

For you to light up my life,

I don't have cigarettes,
As I choke on the smoke.
But what do I do?
My friend is a bloke.

He smokes away...
And I get all the smoke.

But why do I have to choke?

I'm not telling you to stop,
But my trauma can't you see?

Why is it that someone's contentment
Should affect the other's peace?
