Working shouldn't be a compulsion. To work or not to work should be a choice.
There shouldn't be levels of work. Physical labour shouldn't be looked down upon while mental IQ is rewarded more. All kind of work should be equal. A labourer is putting in the same amount of hard work as a creative genius is putting in coming up with the next big idea.
No one should be forced to work just coz they have to earn money to sustain life. That's not what we are here for. We should have a choice to do what we love to do... And not as a job... Oh and you want something in return? Well how about a simple energy exchange?
I wish no one worked for money. I wish the currency never existed. Then we all could do exactly what we felt like doing. If today we felt like doing nothing coz we have what we need, we could just do that. No one would have to be ridiculed for not being smart enough to do something which they don't want to. No one would have to feel pressurised to earn more money in order to survive according to the standards created by the world.
Today I could help someone dig a hole in the ground in exchange of grapes and tomorrow I could help set up a website in exchange of being photographed. How can you measure the two? How can you measure my efforts?
We would have the freedom to choose. I wish we had the freedom to choose everyday.
